Project Coast-2-Coast IX: Coast-2-China (Sichuan)(a project under Ayer Rajah-West Coast Citizens' Consultative Committee)

Proposed dates: 20Nov 09 (Fri) - 04Dec 09 (Fri) OR 22Nov 09 (Sun) - 06Dec 09 (Sun)
Location: Sichuan Disaster Zone
Budget: S$600 ~ 800 / pax
China Activities: Still in negotiation with China counterparts. Probably related to simple construction work, painting, interaction with children and villagers, etc. (TBD)
Local Activities: Fund-raisings, Team-Building, Local volunteer work
Criteria for volunteers:
- Heart of selfless volunteerism
- Versatile to various living/working conditions
- Sociable, Co-operative, Team-oriented, Compassionate
- Special skill like medical, teaching, counselling would be great. But not essential.
- Can eat authentic Sichuan cusine (non-halal)
